I changed the client ID in instance 60224 and even after submitting the change, the old client ID was still used in requests.  Apparently reconfiguring an instance doesn't cause it to be restarted.  It probably should.

Also, would it make sense to add a "Restart test instance" button next to the "Go to test instance" button in the "Existing test instances" list?
