The RP initiated logout section of the front channel logout draft,
    http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-logout-1_0.html#RPLogout
mentions that the OP renders <iframe src="logout_uri"> in a page. But
what
is the URL of this page?

What do you think about creating a new OP discovery param called
something like
"rp_front_channel_logout_uri"
