http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0.html#rfc.section.7.5 has a typo. 

It is now: 

the value of the iss (issuer) Claim is https://self-isued.me. 

It should be 

the value of the iss (issuer) Claim is https://self-issued.me.
