You all keep informally calling it “HTML-based logout” so I don't
understand why it hasn't been changed to that yet (see
http://lists.openid.net/pipermail/openid-specs-ab/Week-of-Mon-20150309/005353.html

Either that or “OP-initiated distributed logout” (as I already suggested
back in March), “single logout”, or “distributed logout”.
