[Openid-specs-ab] Revisiting HTML Based Logout spec title

I agree “HTTP-Based” is inappropriate.

Since both front-chanel logout spec and session management spec use iFrame, it can be confusing as nature,
but I don’t think the name “iFrame-Based Logout” increase the confusion so much.

ps.
Personally, I prefer “Front-channel Logout” as the pair spec with “Back-channel Logout”.
