[Openid-specs-ab] Revisiting HTML Based Logut spec title

Hi.

The HTML Based logout spec title is currently
"HTTP-Based Logout
<https://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-logout-1_0.html> "

As far as I understand, both the back-channel and this spec are
"HTTP-Based".
Session management also is ultimately HTTP-Based.
So, naming it as "HTTP-Based Logout" seems to be inappropriate.
I would rather call it as "iFrame Based Logout" or something like that.

What do you guys thing.
