There was one part missing in my message.
Sorry about that, I thought everyone knew :-/

Anyway, you should use the semi-official (to be official in a couple of weeks) test service configuration tool at

https://op.certification.openid.net:60000

Using this tool you will be able to configure a test tool instance which you can use to test your implementation.

While working hard on this the last couple of month the more unit-test like test tool (oicc.py) has been
neglected and doesn’t work any more.

I hope to be able to rectify that in the common month.
