[Openid-specs-ab] OP test tool source code frozen

Hi guys,

Hopefully we (you and I) have managed to eradicate all serious bugs and misinterpretations from the test tool implementation.
So, we now have ’frozen’ the source code and will not make any changes to it unless absolutely necessary.

This means that you now can start testing in order to get certified.
