The name is now confusing.

It is really testing Request with redirect_uri with un-registerd query component [Dynamic] (OP-redirect_uri-Query)

It is almost the same as 
Rejects redirect_uri when query parameter does not match [Dynamic] (OP-redirect_uri-BadQuery) 

Having both is OK but the name should be clear.
