The tests OP-IDToken-max_age=1 and OP-IDToken-max_age=1000 are currently displayed in the ID Token category. The are actually more about support for the max_age request parameter than what they put in the ID Token.

Therefore, please rename them to OP-Req-max_age=1 and OP-Req-max_age=1000 and put them in the Misc Request Parameters category.  Ideally, I'd put them right after OP-Req-NotUnderstood, but if it's hard to control the order this doesn't matter a lot.  Putting them in the right category is the main thing.
