New issue 101: no idea what happened but something went wrong with a new instance created at OpenID Certification OP Test Tool Configuration

I went to create a new instance of the test suite at https://op.certification.openid.net:60000/ to begin looking at dynamic OP. I filled out all the info (https://gold.pinglabs.net issuer, dynamic client reg, etc.) and the first time I submitted it, it just did nothing. After a minute or two, I tried again and was redirected to https://op.certification.openid.net:60050. 

Running tests there doesn't work and appears to be using a different issuer (https://accounts.login00.idm.ver.sul.t-online.de)
