I just tried to create an OP configuration at https://op.certification.openid.net:60000/.  When I clicked "Submit" to save the configuration.  I was told:

Save configurations

The configuration information will now be stored on the server. Do you want to continue?

 Note: If the configurations are stored and the test server starts correctly you wiil be redirected to the test server.

No Yes
```

When I clicked "Yes", nothing appeared to happen.

I was using IE10.

Can you please have a look at this and let me know what I need to do to be able to successfully create a new configuration?
