[Openid-specs-ab] Test bug contents

Hi Ian and group.  First, thanks for testing and filing the test bugs.  When you do file them, can you please include the full test name in either the title or body of the bug?  That will be helpful both to help people immediately understand what test the bug is about and will be helpful because the names such as "OP-A-02" are subject to change.  So for instance, don't just say "OP-A-02" - say "Authorization request missing the response_type parameter (OP-A-02)".
