[Openid-specs-ab] Issue #26: OP-F-01 & OP-F-02 Need to clear cookies first. (openid/certification)

It should be noted that when I resolve issues on bitbucket no message is sent to this list.
Hence, if you really want to see the state of the tool you have to check bitbucket.

There are presently only 2 remaining open issues and for those I’m awaiting input from the
reporters before considering them resolved.
