Michael Jones:

OP-K-1 (client_secret_basic) and OP-K-2 (client_secret_post) should both be shown for Basic (code), Hybrid (code+id_token), and Hybrid (code+id_token+token).  OP-K-1 is missing some places and OP-K-2 is shown for the Implicit flows, when it shouldn't be.
