Please replace the "Add" functionality when configuring the acr_values, claims_locales, and ui_locales values with inputting a single, space-separated string of values.  People will be much more likely to get this right.

If it's easy to do, you could even provide example values on the page, such as these:

ui_locales: se en

claims_locales: fr en

acr_values: 2 1
