Michael Jones:

First, please change the wording of this question from "How should the application fetch provider configurations from the server?" to  "Does the OP have a .well-known/openid-configuration endpoint?" and change the answers to "yes" and "no".

Secondly, if the answer is "yes", next to the input box that appears, please add the text "What is the issuer path for this configuration information (without the .well-known/opened-configuration part)?"

Those instructions will be a lot easier for people to follow.
