The test "Verify that registration_endpoint is published" (OP-Registration-Endpoint) is currently shown when testing this profile:

Profile: {'profile': 'C', 'sub': 'sign', 'register': False, 'discover': True, 'extra': False}

It shouldn't be shown unless dynamic registration is also being tested.

I didn't check whether this is also shown for other static registration profiles for which it shouldn't be.
