When try to use the provider configuration page https://op.certification.openid.net:60000/ by entering the issuer URL https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/v2.0/ the result is the attached server error pop-up.

Please restore the https://op.certification.openid.net:60000/ page to a working condition as soon as possible.  Thanks.
