The provider configuration page at https://op.certification.openid.net:60000/ used to look like the attachment "60000 screen 1.png" and contain the ability to create new configurations, download and upload configurations, etc.  Now all that appears to be gone - replaced with the screen shown in attachment "60000_problem_1.png" which just has an input box titled "Issuer URL (without .well-known):".

Please restore the missing functionality as soon as possible.  The page is unusable at present.
