I would like to change the endpoint configurations I made here. I reach the stage where it prompts me to create a new instance or overwrite an existing instance and I pick the one I just created. The setup process claims to succeed, but when I try to run any test, I notice that the endpoints have not been changed.

Can we no longer overwrite after a configuration is created?
