The online test server https://op.certification.openid.net is in a seriously bad state. It has gotten progressively worse throughout the afternoon. I currently cannot get to my https://op.certification.openid.net:60052/ test instance or to any https://op.certification.openid.net:60052/log/* pages. I just get Connecting...
