[Openid-specs-ab] Couple questions on the Certification of Conformance

What should be put in the "Conformance Test Suite Software:"? Is there some
version identifier for the test suite that should go here? The test
instance URL? Something else?

What kind of person should be listed as the "Implementer’s Authorized
Contact Information"?  Is this the same as the person who provides the
"Authorized Signature"? Or is it a technical contact? Or marketing/press
contact? I'm not sure but I'm a bit hesitant to put myself there...
