As an intermediate step before a bulk download feature is added, one optimisation would be to add a download attribute to each of the links (or add a second download link).  This still requires a click on each link, but is a bit more efficient than right-click->save as.

Example: <a href="test.html" download="test_name.html">Download</a>.  Open the attached file in a supported browser for a live example. Currently only supported in Firefox and Chrome http://caniuse.com/#feat=download
