[Openid-specs-ab] Certification submission instructions

Please review the instructions for submission of results at http://openid.net/certification/submission/.  These complement the overall certification information at http://openid.net/certification/ and the conformance testing instructions at http://openid.net/certification/testing/.

Detailed examples of the contents of certification submissions for each profile have also been posted at http://openid.net/wordpress-content/uploads/2015/04/Certification-Submission-Examples.pdf.  Please review these instructions as well.

We're now less than three weeks away from the certification launch!
