[Openid-specs-ab] Proposed host names for self-certification work

I propose that we use these host names for hosting the self-certification test suites:
               op.certification.openid.net
               rp.certification.openid.net

Any objections, or shall we proceed on that basis?  Symantec has agreed to host the machines.
