OpenID 2.0 Migration Specification
               Nat updated the Migration spec to incorporate fixes from Torsten's comments
               Mike will review the changes and publish them as secretary

Certification
               Don and Roland are working on a term sheet for certification deliverables
               Don is working on a workflow for the process
               These were sent to the Executive Committee for review later today

Open Issues
               There are no new open issues

October 27 OpenID Workshop
               The registration URL is https://openid-wg-oct-2014.eventbrite.com
                              We've hit 40 registrations
                              John will increase the limit to 50

Logout without JavaScript
               There's been more interest in logout without requiring JavaScript
               We still need to write up the additional alternatives, as agreed to at the last IIW
               DT is doing front channel logout using image tags
               Ping has a back channel logout mechanism
               Mike will ask Torsten to tell us how DT is doing it
               John will try to share with Ping is doing
               John pointed out that the JavaScript method is less brittle than the image tag method
                              Because it will detect the logout when the user next returns to the page
