[Openid-specs-ab] Duplicate Definitions of Attributes

Looking at the OpenID Connect core specification[1] and the OpenID Connect
Basic Client Implementers' Guide [2] I found that attribute definitions and
some sections are duplicated.. Wouldn't it be more appropriate to make a
reference to [1] from [2] where required..? Please ignore this mail - if
this was done purposely...
