Transition spec almost ready to go to Implementer's draft.

  - WGLC
  - Concensus
  - Recommendation
  - Board Announcement
  - Vote

Errata underway
-------------------
Some errors identified in the published spec and
collected errata are being prepared.
Expected to be ready in a few weeks time to go to
errata vote probably together with the Transition spec.

OC5 interop underway @ CIS
---------------------------
OC5 is underway at CIS
