In several different contexts, developers have independently asked for a HTML form POST binding for OpenID Connect – a feature that both SAML and WS-Federation also have.  Ping Identity has actually already implemented such a binding.

Using the more flexible language that #889 enables, we should define an HTML form POST response mode for OpenID Connect.
