[Openid-specs-ab] HTTP form HTML POST binding identifier

Other encodings available to us are:
- query string encoding
- fragment encoding
They do not refer to the mechanism that is used to sent to the client.
To keep the symmetry with these therefore, IMHO,
- HTML Form encoding
is the best name. So, as the identifier, I propose:
- html_form
