[Openid-specs-ab] Version with all non-Session bugs fixed and uses of Messages and Standard replaced with Core

I finished reading the new Core and I find it a vast improvement over
the previous Messages + Standard. Much better structure, minimised
repetition, easier to approach. Great work guys!
