[Openid-specs-ab] Connect draft nit

Small nit in connect registration, might be found elsewhere in the 
documents:

The example registration object in section 3.1, 3.2 and 4.3 of 
http://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-registration-1_0.html still 
has the old JOSE encryption algorithm name of "A128CBC+HS256" as opposed 
to the new "A128CBC-HS256" format.
