[Openid-specs-ab] Connect draft nit

Additionally, in the same document, commas are missing in both sections 
3.2 and 4.3's "redirect_uris" structure.

Apologies if these have already been fixed in the current repository 
draft, I'm just going based on the published "draft 17" copy.
