[Openid-specs-ab] Connect edits pushed to bitbucket for review

All the changes agreed to in Mountain View before IIW are now in the specs and ready for review.  See the HTML versions at http://openid.bitbucket.org/.  See the History entries for a summary of the (small number of) changes made.  The Registration and Session specs were not changed.

The only changes that are anticipated before the Implementer's Draft versions are updating the JOSE spec references.
