[Openid-specs-ab] All Implementer's Draft issues closed - specs pushed to openid.bitbucket.org

All Connect issues for the Implementer's Drafts have been addressed.  I've pushed HTML versions to http://openid.bitbucket.org/.  After today's call and a spell check/consistency pass I'll push new Implementer's Draft release candidates out and begin the JOSE edits agreed to.
