[Openid-specs-ab] re-encrypting

In 2.1.1 Authorization request of Message it says:

"The Client MAY re-encrypt using the key that the server is capable of decrypting."

A key that the server is capable of decrypting ? What ?

I guess it should be something like:

The Client MAY re-encrypt using a key that allows the server to decrypt the ID Token.
