Reason: The definition text can be simplified. 

Now: 

    OpenID Provider (OP)
    A service capable of providing Claims to a Relying Party. It is an OAuth 2.0 
    Authorization Server that is capable of returning claims around the
     authentication event and other Claims in id_token and UserInfo Endpoint response.

Proposal: 

    OpenID Provider (OP)
    OAuth 2.0 Authorization Server that is capable of returning claims around the 
    authentication event and other Claims in id_token and UserInfo Endpoint response
