[Openid-specs-ab] Session Management updated with edits from IIW

I've released an updated Session Management spec to  http://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-session-1_0.html with a new Section 5.1<http://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-session-1_0.html#anchor8> that defines the registration parameter "post_logout_redirect_url".  Please review.
