[Openid-specs-ab] Possible interop site downtime

Hi all,

The account that the OSIS website runs on is being migrated to a new IP
address some time in the next week.  I believe that both IP addresses will
work long enough for a seamless DNS transition but if you run into
problems, please let me know.
