[Openid-specs-ab] Changes to Connect Registration spec applied

I have to say the updated spec reads a lot easier now and the structure,
with reg data having its own section and operations cleanly split, all
this looks very nice! Thanks for doing this Mike.

I just had one small note regarding the section the client_id_error is

  I’ve applied the major changes to the Connect Registration spec that
had been queued up.  This brings it much closer to the directions that
the OAuth Registration spec is taking.  (A few more Registration changes
with only local impact remain.)
  
 I’ve pushed updated html versions to bitbucket at 
http://openid.bitbucket.org/.  The release candidate versions remain in
the specs directory.
