[Openid-specs-ab] Changes to Connect Registration spec applied

I've applied the major changes to the Connect Registration spec that had been queued up.  This brings it much closer to the directions that the OAuth Registration spec is taking.  (A few more Registration changes with only local impact remain.)

I've pushed updated html versions to bitbucket at http://openid.bitbucket.org/.  The release candidate versions remain in the specs directory.
