               #748 - MTI features for OpenID Request Object and Request File
                              The goal of caching a request object value is that it can be signed up front
                              This would require merging parameters from the request object and query parameters
                              The processing rules for "request" and "request_uri" should be the same
                              Will be assigned to Mike
               #773 - Registration - Add 'request_uris' to the Registration request
                              We agreed to do this
               #765 - John will reopen and add text about considerations of when signing is needed
               #767 - Messages - Do we need three ways of requesting "sub" values?
                              We will make no changes for now, as they fill different purposes
                              We left this open for further discussion
               #766 - Messages - Do we need three ways of requesting "acr" values?
                              Likewise, we will make no changes for now, as they fill different purposes
                              We left this open for further discussion
               #772 - Registration & Discovery - Add Terms of service URL by the server to the registering client_id
                              It appears that this may have conflated multiple things.  John will comment.
