[Openid-specs-ab] LDAP schema for OIDC providers

Hi guys,

We published an LDAP schema that can be used to store client
registration details in a directory such as MS-AD or OpenLDAP. It
supports all parameters currently defined in the Client Reg spec, and it
also allows for recording a client's reg access token and secret.
