[Openid-specs-ab] Core restructuring completed

The ID Token description has been promoted to be Section 2 in Core, per discussions at the F2F meeting and on the calls.  The Claims subsections (now Sections 5.*) have also been restructured, per Torsten's and Nat's requests.  These versions are now available at http://openid.bitbucket.org/.  (These are not yet the release candidates, which should be next.)
