IETF
    Discussion about the state of OAuth Dynamic Registration andPhil Hunt's  SCIM-based alternative
    with software assertion.


Open Issues
   No new issues to discuss.
   John still needs to file a issue about allowing the use of the signing alg "none".


Spec Restructuring
    Nat is working on two restructurings of the specs.
    One is monolithic and the other is componentized.
    He will send the finished version for review to decide which direction to take the specs.
    John is looking into writing an ID about wrapping an opaque token by putting the issuer into the header 

    and sending it to an introspection endpoint.

    

Interop
    Mitre has a version of the server with SSL certs.

Next Monday Call
    NextMonday's call will be taken up by the JOSE call.
