OAuth Registration:
               Not many issues - right now, just language about scopes
               Also changing a 403 to a 401

Open Issues:
               There are no new open issues

JOSE Specs:
               Mike sent updated review drafts of the JOSE specs to the co-authors yesterday
               David McGrew remains incommunicado
               Mike is now going to reverse engineering what his changes would have been

OpenID Connect Meeting before IIW:
               People should register at http://openid-connect-May2013.eventbrite.com

azp:
               Long discussions on azp again
               George added some suggested text clarifications to #712
