[Openid-specs-ab] Working specs pushed to http://openid.bitbucket.org/

The working spec versions at http://openid.bitbucket.org/ now all use birthdate consistently.  This includes:

  - http://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-basic-1_0.html

  - http://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-implicit-1_0.html

  - http://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-messages-1_0.html

  - http://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-standard-1_0.html



Discovery was also updated to match the current Simple Web Discovery (SWD) specification, by removing the use of SWD_service_redirect:

  - http://openid.bitbucket.org/openid-connect-discovery-1_0.html



The versions at http://openid.net/connect/ should be updated by the end of the week.
