Typo in the registration paragraph:

registration
    OPTIONAL. (Registration request): Requests the client **to be** to be registered at the authorization server for the self-issued case. The value is the key-values defined in section 2.1 of the OpenID Connect Registration [OpenID.Registration] serialized into JSON.
