[Openid-specs-ab] Sector Identifier

Hi guys,


In Section 2.1.1 of the Dynamic Registration spec, we define a sector
identifier url, and note that it is "further described in Section 2.1.1.1.1
of OpenID Connect Messages 1.0".   But there is no Section 2.1.1.1.1 in the
Messages spec.

Is this a reference to a section that was deleted or is this a numbering
error and the numbering should actually point to the one place in the
Messages spec that *does* reference Sector Identifier, section 2.5.1
(Pairwise Identifier Algorithm)?

Also, I think it would be useful to have either sector_identifier_url or
Sector Identifier added to the Terminology section of one of the documents.
I'm happy to create an issue if needed.
